These terms apply to purchases from PVShop. The seller’s headquarters and support email are shown in Seller information. For questions or complaints, contact support@pvshop.store.
Choose the exact model before ordering and check its electrical ratings, limitations and installation requirements. A voltage filter helps find compatible models; the selected model’s documented specifications remain the reference. Product pictures may show several models in the same range.
Prices are displayed in euros. Your checkout shows the selected items, quantity, delivery charge and payable total before you confirm payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Stock, prices and delivery options are checked for your destination and may change before you complete an order.
Confirming a paid order creates an obligation to pay the displayed total. Keep your order confirmation and payment receipt. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution or refund. We do not replace your selected model without your agreement.
Delivery times are estimates for the destination selected, not guaranteed arrival dates. We remain your contact for delivery problems, returns and faulty goods. See Shipping & returns for withdrawal instructions, return costs, refunds and statutory guarantees. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer rights in your country.
